We publish your role across LinkedIn and Indeed through your verified business accounts — using your job title, description, qualifications, experience criteria, and location to attract the right pool from day one.

CV Collection & Screening

Applications from every source are consolidated into the ATS and run through an AI-driven CV-to-JD matching algorithm. The output is a ranked leaderboard of candidates scored against your role requirements.

Shortlisting for Aptitude Test[s]

Your team reviews the AI leaderboard and decides who advances. You set the threshold — top 20, top 10%, whatever fits the role — and approve the shortlist before anything moves forward.

Aptitude Test[s]

Shortlisted candidates receive uniquely configured assessments covering analytical, quantitative, verbal, and role-specific sections. Scores are combined with CV match data into an updated cumulative leaderboard.

Shortlisting for AI Interview

You review the post aptitude leaderboard and approve who proceeds to the interview stage. Your call, your criteria.

AI Interview

Approved candidates receive a personalised AI interview invitation. The AI evaluates verbal, behavioural, and technical responses against your parameters — including any company-specific questions you've seeded — and updates the leaderboard with cumulative scores.

Final Interview Call

With the first round complete, your HR team picks up a ranked shortlist and takes it to final interviews — spending their time where it matters most.
